WSF Meetings Working Groups Steering Committee Members

The Wadden Sea Forum process is guided by a plenary meeting, a Steering Committee and a chairman, in accordance with the WSF Rules of Procedure The plenary meeting (WSF) is the decision-making body. The plenary meeting consists of 41 members, representing the sectors agriculture, energy, fisheries, industry and harbours, nature protection, tourism and recreation, as well as local and regional governments from the four Wadden Sea subregions in The Netherlands, Lower Saxony, Schleswig-Holstein and Denmark The Steering Committee (SC) is responsible for the preparation of WSF meetings and the coordination of the implementation of the WSF Action Plan Both the WSF and SC meetings are chaired by Dr.Jörn Klimant, head of administration of Landkreis Dithmarschen The technical preparation of WSF meetings is done in seven Working Groups |
